Hi there,
I just wanted to put in a little announcement. I try to make things as easy for you as possible here but have to some security things to prevent the site from blooming with ads and spam.

One of the things is that your first post after you sign up will be held automatically and no-one will see it until I come in and look at it, make sure it's not spam, and click approve. This is not me judging your post for it's quality or whatever, just me making sure you're not selling viagra or something or posting porn (yes people have done this).

I try to check every weekday, but if you're in a hurry, just send me an email at onlinesupport@bcss.org and let me know you're a new user on the support forum and have a post that needs approving and I'll get right on it.

Similarly, if you're having trouble signing up, logging in or anything like that, just email me and I'll take care of it.

Thanks for understanding.
Sophia
